Exchange/Returns/Cancellations

Bijou You, Bijou Oil

As these items are made to order and are subject to agreement prior to being produced, returns are not accepted.

Should you feel very unhappy with the item received please call us to discuss the best solution possible.

Bijou Pret, Bijou Home

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

If the product has not been returned to us within 28 days or in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Postage will not be reimbursed in these cases.

Defective Items

Should a product be defective, we will gladly replace it with a different item of equal value. The item will not be exchanged until the defective product has been returned to us in its original packaging. Postage expenses will be reimbursed fully.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order please contact us via our contact page or call us on +44 (0)1273 771158 during office hours.

For Bijou You and Bijou Oil, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

For Bijou Pret and Bijou Home, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.

If the cancellation exceeds the times stipulated above but is made within 5 days of placing the order a charge equal to 20% of the total order amount will be incurred. The remainder amount of the transaction will be reimbursed to you.

Any cancellations exceeding the times stipulated will not be reimbursed and will be charged in full.
